Barolo Riserva Rocche dell’Annunziate 2018

The wine underwent maceration with the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 20 days, with a delicate extraction and daily pump-overs. Following alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation also took place in stainless steel. The wine was then transferred to barriques—30% new and 70% second and third passage—where it aged for 24 months. After further refinement in stainless steel tanks, the wine rested in the bottle for over two and a half years to achieve optimal harmony and complexity.
